Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AIDRAN ("AI Discourse Recognition & Analysis Network"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

Nature of the Service

AIDRAN is an automated research platform that continuously ingests publicly available discourse about artificial intelligence, detects patterns using statistical and AI-based methods, and publishes AI-generated editorial narratives. The service is provided free of charge for informational and research purposes.

AI-Generated Content

All editorial content on AIDRAN — including story narratives, beat analyses, entity descriptions, dispatches, and signal interpretations — is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). This content:

  • Is not reviewed or approved by human editors before publication
  • May contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or analytical errors
  • Should not be cited as authoritative journalism or expert analysis
  • Reflects patterns in public data, not editorial opinion
  • May change between regeneration cycles (approximately every 4 hours)

Do not rely on AIDRAN content for decision-making in legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical contexts.

Data Sources

AIDRAN aggregates content from publicly accessible platforms including Reddit, Bluesky, YouTube, X (Twitter), and global news outlets. All source content is attributed and linked to its origin. We access only public data — no private messages, protected accounts, or paywalled content. Our use of this data is governed by each platform's terms of service and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Source content remains the intellectual property of its original authors and publishers. AIDRAN displays excerpts and metadata under fair use for research, commentary, and transformative analysis.

AI-generated narratives and the AIDRAN system design, codebase, and branding are the property of their respective creators. The source code is available on GitHub under its stated license.

Acceptable Use

You may use AIDRAN for personal research, education, and informational purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape or bulk-download content for commercial redistribution
  • Present AI-generated narratives as human-authored journalism
  • Use the platform to harass, target, or dox individuals mentioned in discourse
  • Attempt to access non-public APIs or circumvent rate limits
  • Use automated tools to overload the service

Content Removal

If you are the original author of content displayed on AIDRAN and wish to have it removed, please submit a request via our GitHub repository. We will process valid requests within 30 days.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AIDRAN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. The AI-generated analyses may contain errors. Service availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDRAN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of AIDRAN after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
